Have you ever worked at a company where you had that sort of boss that drove you crazy? Today we’ll have an open discussion about workplace communication and when it’s time to call it quits.

Employment is just an aspect of your entire life but working is something most people do so why not make it enjoyable?
Assuming that you like your job, it’s worth your time to do what you can to squash drama and improve communication with the person who is your boss. Sometimes this can be done and sometimes not. Let’s explore how to start!
