Today, we’re going to examine the phenomenon of Twitter. Everyone’s using it, talking about and shouting from the rooftops it’s the place to be. Or is it? Business owners, airlines, grandmas, kindergarten teachers and big news outlets like CNN are using Twitter to reach people.
