I now push out 640×480 on a bitrate of 650Kbps. Last week, Ustream.tv support guy, Mazy, saw my complaint on Twitter and promptly responded by upgrading my Ustream.tv Broadcast Channel.
Before, when I used Adobe FME, I couldn’t use any of the buttons at Ustream, they all would grey out. Check out the screenshots I took of the new broadcast console interface!
Good luck and keep tweaking your settings. Make sure to keep track of the changes you make.

For those of you who have checked out my lifestream show at http://askadria.com/ or ustream.tv, you know I’ve struggled with my webcam, the software and streaming.
Well tonight, I got the settings right and decided to createa video in hopes of helping other people out there who want to stream.
Since I recorded the video of myself through another tool, the visual video of me is delayed but pay attention to my mouse and you’ll be fine!
