One thing about coping with a crisis with blogging- or another online format: remember that this is a persistent format. While your emotions and pain will hopefully be ephemeral, anything you post can be discovered and misconstrued. Sharing my life online was an important part of my healing after a crisis, but I am grateful I was able to talk with friends, write in a paper journal, or cope in other ways when anger and emotion created difficult moral situations. I like your ten suggestions a lot, Adria.
